I live a structured, growth-focused life:
- I train five to six days a week and prioritize physical fitness and mental toughness.
- I've been sober from alcohol for nearly four years. Clarity, discipline and control are core to who I am.
- I own a dog named Bernie. Unconditional love is something we should all experience.
- I'm a real estate agent who buys and sells homes.
- I have a strong construction background (stucco, hands-on work), and I actively flip one to three properties a year.
- I value building, creating and improving things, both physically and mentally.
I've spent years working hands-on in construction and actively flipping residential properties. I understand homes beyond the surface: structure, value and opportunity.
I bought my first condo at 19, where I learned about investing, being a landlord and the Calgary real estate market.
